In The Goldbergs episode “My Valentine Boy,” with Geoff’s (Sam Lerner) help, Erica (Hayley Orrantia) and Valley Erica (Alison Rich) find a new band member to replace Lainey. His name is Evan. He plays the electric guitar, sings, and is totally dreamy – he’s tall with long blond hair, blue eyes, and he works at the floral shop. To break things up, Barry (Troy Gentile) convinces Geoff that Evan’s trying to steal Erica from him.

Handsome Evan on The Goldbergs is portrayed by Luke Eisner. The 6’2″ fashion model (with IMG) made his acting debut in the film Tiger Within opposite multiple Emmy Award-winning actor Ed Asner (Mr. Grant on The Mary Tyler Moore Show). In Tiger Within, Asner plays a Holocaust survivor who befriends a homeless teen (Eisner). Tiger Within was released in January 2019. Eisner will appear next on the big screen in the comedy film Tall Girl opposite Sabrina Carpenter (Disney’s Girl Meets World). Oh, and he really can sing: Eisner is half of the pop/rock duo VOILÀ (see video below). The Goldbergs airs Wednesdays at 8 pm on ABC.
