On the Season 2 premiere of Love & Hip Hop: Miami, “Take It To The House,” Trina and Trick take the stage as TNT to perform — but things escalate quickly between the two. Tricky Daddy vents his frustration with Trina for putting together a playlist without his input, and Trina loses her temper backstage. Meanwhile, Amara deals with struggles at home and the price of fame while newcomer Jessie Woo arrives on the scene.
Jessie Woo is known as the “Haitian Princess” on Instagram where she reveals her wit, humor and dynamic personality in 60-second skits and hosts “Seeester Talk Live” events. While the 28-year-old is known as a comedian and social media influencer, back in her hometown of Miami, she’s reverting to her first love, music. It’s not an easy transition. Fun facts: Woo earned her bachelors and masters degrees from Florida International University in Miami and her mother “Mama Woo” is an old school Haitian evangelical preacher and a strict parent.
While Jessie Woo claims to not need a “storyline” on the show, she also says that on the show she did share “the deepest parts of me because I felt that I owed it to myself, I owed it to the little girl inside of me who still isn’t ‘OK’…and the thousands of Seeesters that I have out there who have been chained by their past.” Love & Hip Hop: Miami airs Wednesdays at 8 pm on VH1.
