On the Season 11 premiere of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, “The Struggle Is Real,” the agents are being challenged like never before. Josh Flagg may have promised a homeowner more than he can deliver on a vintage Beverly Hills estate. James Harris and David Parnes try to sell a 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom Bel Air listing with a view of the reservoir and Tracy Tutor Maltas “takes life as a bachelorette to a whole new level in order to sell a makeup mogul’s ultra-glam pied-à-terre.” The two-bedroom, 2,927-square-foot manse in Beverly Hills is a tough sell at $3 million.
