Meanwhile, fellow broker Josh Flagg is sitting pretty on a Franklin Canyon property with South African developer Gina. She and her father, an investor in the razor subscription company Dollar Shave Club, which Unilever bought for $1 billion in 2016, bought the property for $1.5 million. Gina, who is an interior designer by trade, spent another $1.5 million on renovations — including custom stained cabinetry and custom iron doors.
The ultra-modern 3,227-square-foot home which sits on a 7,222 sq. ft. lot, includes 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a pool, and the 90210 zip code, is currently listed at $3,995,000. Not a bad ROI.
