In the NCIS: Los Angeles episode “One of Us,” big time arms dealer Rick Dotson is murdered in his Malibu home. When his security detail discovers he’s been killed, they skip town in a hurry. The NCIS team figures Dotson was taken out by one of his arms dealer rivals. They partner with the State Department to find the murder suspect who seems to have elite special forces training. During the investigation, they meet big man Lance Hamilton.
Lance Hamilton is portrayed by Bill Goldberg. He’s best known as a WWE professional wrestler who slaps himself to get psyched before entering the ring for a match. As an actor, Goldberg is known for his roles on The Goldbergs (Coach Nick), The Flash (Big Sir), and in the 2005 film The Longest Yard with Adam Sandler. Fun fact: Before WWE, Goldberg played college football with the Georgia Bulldogs before playing for the NFL (Atlanta Falcons, Los Angeles Rams, Carolina Panthers). NCIS: Los Angeles airs Sundays at 9:30 pm on CBS, right before Madam Secretary.
