In the Lethal Weapon episode “Bali,” when a cartel kidnaps Cole (Seann William Scott), his partner Murtaugh (Damon Wayans Sr) turns to Cole’s former mentor, Tom Barnes, for help. Barnes tells Murtaugh, “We’re all expendable, those are the rules,” which doesn’t sit well with Murtaugh. Murtaugh is ready to break those rules in order to save his partner who’s been literally buried alive.

Tom Barnes on Lethal Weapon is portrayed by actor Mykelti Williamson. He’s known for his roles on Chicago P.D. (Voight’s old boss Denny Woods), Justified (Ellstin Limehouse), 24 (Brian Hastings), Boomtown (Det. Fearless Smith), The Fugitive (Lt. Philip Gerald), and The Hoop Life (Marvin Buxton), among others. Williamson is also well recognized for his roles in the films Fences (Gabriel, SEE LINK ABOVE), Forrest Gump (Bubba Blue), Con Air (Baby-O), and Free Willy (Dwight Mercer), to name a few. Lethal Weapon airs Tuesdays at 9 pm on FOX.
