On Season 15 of The Voice, the singing duo OneUp gets three of the four coaches to turn their chairs. (Adam is the tenor, Jerome is the baritone who does the falsettos.) Together they sing the Motown classic “Could It Be I’m Falling In Love” by The Spinners (see link below — it’s a beauty). After their performance, Jennifer Hudson tells them, “You took me to the rafters.” Adam and Jerome are more than singing partners — they’re life partners, which makes the hearts of everyone melt. When it comes time for the singers to choose a coach, Adam Levine, the one coach who didn’t turn around and rarely encourages artists to pick Blake Shelton, reminds OneUp that Blake “did the most amazing work with a duo that was on the show, the Swon Brothers.”

The Swon Brothers, Zach Swon and Colton Swon, were the country music duo from Muskogee, Oklahoma who competed on Season 4 of The Voice (2013). On Team Blake, they were the first duo to make it to the finale; they came in third place. After The Voice, The Swon Brothers signed a recording contract with Arista Nashville. They also opened for Carrie Underwood’s Storyteller Tour in 2016. The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
