In the Bull episode “Justice for Cable,” TAC assists with a civil suit against the bank that funded the terrorists responsible for Cable’s death. Marissa (Geneva Carr) hires her former homeland security co-worker and international banking cyber-investigator Taylor Rentzel (Mackenzie Meehan) for help with the suit. TAC also finds time to organize a memorial service for Cable, which her mother Ellen McCrory attends.
Cable’s mother, Ellen McCrory, is portrayed by Jill Hennessy. The Canadian-born actress is known for her roles on Madam Secretary (Henry’s FBI handler Jane Fellows), The Good Wife (Rayna Hecht), Crossing Jordan (Dr. Jordan Cavanaugh), Law & Order (Claire Kincaid), and in the 1993 film RoboCop 3 (Dr. Marie Lazarus), among others. Bull airs Mondays at 10 pm on CBS, right after Magnum, P.I.
