When will married couples in Lifetime movies learn to not hire young sexy live-in nannies? In the movie The Nanny Is Watching (originally titled Nanny Surveillance), husband and wife Scott and Mara Franklin (Talya Carroll) install a fancy home security system after a break-in. Of course they give the passcode to their new nanny Rachel (Cinta Laura Kiehl) who’s taking care of their kids including their adopted daughter. The plot thickens when Rachel spies and tortures the couple in their home via the security system. When Scott and Mara fire crazy Rachel, they think their problem is solved but what they don’t know is that Rachel’s boyfriend works for the home security company. Oh, and Rachel is the biological mother of Scott and Mara’s adopted daughter and she wants her back!
Handsome husband Scott is portrayed by Adam Huber. The model/actor from Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania is known for his roles on Dynasty (Liam Ridley, see link above), Animal Kingdom (Dave), and New Girl (Geoff), among others. Sorry ladies, he’s taken. He’s dating his Breaking & Exiting co-star Jordan Hinson (see cute couple photo below). The movie, which is directed by Peter Facinelli (S.W.A.T., Nurse Jackie, The Twilight Saga), will go VOD on August 17. The Nanny Is Watching premieres on Lifetime on Sunday, July 15 at 8pm.
