In the Season 4 finale of NCIS: New Orleans, Oliver Crane (Mark Gessner), the journalist who wrote the exposé claiming Pride (Scott Bakula) has been abusing his power, realizes he’s been played by Barlow. But is it too late to save Pride who’s now facing a grand jury indictment? Crane tries to help by teaming up with Pride’s friends – including hacker Elvis Bertrand (Tom Arnold) – who are trying to find a loophole in the case. It appears the well-dressed Barlow is the one pulling the strings.
Barlow is portrayed by Doug Savant. He’s known for his roles on Desperate Housewives (Tom Scavo), 24 (Craig Phillips), Melrose Place (Matt Fielding), and Knots Landing (Young Mack Mackenzie), among others. Fun fact: Savant is married to his former Melrose Place co-star Laura Leighton (Sydney) — see cute photo below. NCIS: New Orleans airs Tuesdays at 9pm on CBS, right after NCIS.
