Miya Bass is the 29-year-old singer from Queens, New York who was given a second chance on The Voice. After “losing” her Battle Round against Drew Cole, they sang “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door” together, Alicia stole Miya from Adam Levine’s team.
For the Knockout Round, Miya faces fellow New Yorker Johnny Bliss. (He won the Battle Round against Megan Lee after singing the Bruno Mars hit “Versace on the Floor.”) Johnny and Miya are preparing for the Knockout Round with coach Alicia Keys and her former Voice winner Chris Blue. Miya might have the upper-hand in this round. When not on The Voice, she likes to get funky with the 11-piece funk band Funktion11. Check them out in the video below.
