In the 9-1-1 episode “Trapped,” the first responders try to rescue a homeless man who’s been crushed in a garbage truck, and a mother and son in a crashed elevator. On a lighter note, LAPD patrol sergeant Athena Grant (Angela Bassett) has a quiet sexy moment with her new admirer Aaron Brooks.
Aaron Brooks is portrayed by Todd Williams. He’s known for his roles on TNT’s Good Behavior (Sean), Teen Wolf (Dr. Geyer), The Vampire Diaries (Connor Jordan), The Chicago Code (Isaac Joiner), and In Plain Sight (Det. Robert Dershowitz), among others. Fun fact: Williams made his acting debut in the 2001 film Lift with Kerry Washington. 9-1-1 airs Wednesdays at 9pm on FOX, right after The X-Files.
