In The Walking Dead episode “Time for After,” Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) has to enlist the help of his lieutenants in solving a huge issue facing the Sanctuary. Meanwhile Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and the group continue to enact the plan. Dr. Eugene Porter (Josh McDermitt) is seen walking an empty, eerie hallway while behind him Dr. Harlan Carson peeks out of a room. Last time we saw Carson was in the March episode “The Other Side” when the Saviors surprised everyone at Hilltop. The Saviors left with Carson and took him to the Sanctuary.
Dr. Harlan Carson is portrayed by R. Keith Harris. He’s known for his roles on Under the Dome (Peter Shumway) and in the films A Walk in the Woods (Bill Bryson’s youngest son, Sam), Junebug with Amy Adams (Bud, the young pastor), and Big Fish with Billy Crudup (Ed’s father), among others. In other words, Carson tends to be in pretty good movies. The Walking Dead airs Sundays at 9pm on AMC.
