In the NCIS: New Orleans episode ‘The Accident,’ the NCIS team investigates when a clinical trial of brain implants in veterans is hacked. The doctor spearheading the trial is Doctor Anna Yoon, ex-wife of NCIS team member Patton Plame (Darryl “Chill” Mitchell). When NCIS Agent Pride (Scott Bakula) shows up at the New Orleans Bioresearch Institute and discovers Anna is the one in charge, he gives her a hug and says, “It’s been too long.” Although he’s not convinced that her project — “controlling people’s brains” — is a great idea.
