In The Blacklist fall finale episode “Ian Garvey,” Liz (Megan Boone) is desperate to find Tom (Ryan Eggold) while she considers the worst case scenario. Liz tries to retrace his steps while Red (James Spader) continues his search for the suitcase of bones. During his search, Red finds himself on a collision course with Tom and a dangerous-looking bad bald guy named Ian Garvey, who also wants the suitcase.
Ian Garvey is portrayed by Jonny Coyne. The English-born actor is known for his roles on TURN: Washington’s Spies (Col. Jonathan Cooke), Mom (Victor), Salem (Treasurer Putnam), 11.22.63 (George de Mohrenschildt), Gotham (Destro), and Alcatraz (Warden Edwin James), among others. Coyne is also recognized for his roles in the films Nightcrawler (Pawn Shop Owner), The Hangover Part III (Hector, John Goodman’s right hand man — see link above), and Lara Croft Tomb Raider (Gus Petraki). The Blacklist airs Wednesdays at 8pm on NBC, right before The Voice.
