It’s the ninth week of competition on Dancing with the Stars, Season 25. It’s the semi-finals round which means there are just five celebrities left: house flipper Drew Scott, former child actor Frankie Muniz, Hamilton Broadway star Jordan Fisher, violinist Lindsey Stirling, and ESPN’s Victoria Arlen. Each couple will perform two dances: one is a song chosen by the pro partner, and the other is an iconic dance from a previous season.
Hoping to make it to the finals, Property Brothers star Drew Scott and Emma Slater will perform a tango to the song “I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles) by The Proclaimers. The song was on the Scottish duo’s 1988 album “Sunshine on Leith.” The two are identical twin brothers, Charlie and Craig Reid. Craig Reid said he wrote the song in 45 minutes while waiting to travel to a concert in Aberdeen. “I knew that it was a good song, maybe even a single, but I had no idea how popular it would become.” Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8pm on ABC.
