Addison Agen is the daring young singer from Fort Wayne, Indiana who’s competing on Season 13 of The Voice. For her Blind Audition, Addison sings the song “Jolene” by Ray LaMontagne. The more popular song “Jolene” was written by Dolly Parton, godmother of The Voice coach Miley Cyrus. The two women got to sing Parton’s “Jolene” with Pentatonix on The Voice (see below). Maybe the Dolly Parton Jolene is next for Addison…

When not singing on TV, Addison is likely on a different stage. The Concordia Lutheran scholar is a member of the school’s drama program. She’s appeared in three productions: “Sorry Incorrect Quantity,” “The Greatest Christmas Pageant Ever,” “Whats Up, My Child,” and “Broadway: Daring and Lovely.” The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
