Falling For Vermont is a Hallmark Channel movie about Angela, a famous author who’s seeking refuge from the media. Trying to get away, she drives into a storm and crashes her car. When she comes to, she can’t remember anything — including who she is. The handsome town doctor, Jeff (played by Benjamin Ayres) offers her a place to stay – in his guest house – while she recovers.
Angela is portrayed by Julie Gonzalo. She’s known for her roles on the reboot of Dallas (Pamela Rebecca Barnes), Eli Stone (Maggie Dekker), and Veronica Mars (Parker Lee), among others. Gonzalo is also recognized for her roles in the films Dodgeball (Amber), A Cinderella Story (Shelby), and Freaky Friday (Stacey Hinkhouse). Falling for Vermont premieres on Hallmark on Saturday, September 23 at 8pm.
