In the Season 15 premiere of NCIS, “House Divided,” while the NCIS team desperately searches for Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and McGee (Sean Murray) who have been taken hostage by rebels in Paraguay, Vance (Rocky Carroll) is summoned to a congressional hearing where they have to answer to Congressman Theodore Randolph.
Congressman Randolph is portrayed by Robert Pine. The veteran actor is known for his roles on Finding Carter (Buddy), The Office (Gerald Halpert), The Bold and the Beautiful (Stephen Logan), Black Scorpion (Mayor Artie Worth), Magnum, P.I. (Magnum’s dad), and CHiPs (Sgt. Joseph Getraer), among others. Or you might recognize his voice as Bishop in the Disney film Frozen. And yes, he is the father of Hollywood superhero actor Chris Pine (see cute photo below). NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8pm on CBS, right before Bull.
