In the Chicago Fire Season 5 finale episode ‘My Miracle’, while a warehouse fire puts the team at risk, Casey (Jesse Spencer) fights for his first responders bill and Dawson’s (Monica Raymund) dad Ramon overstays his welcome.
Dawson’s father is portrayed by Daniel Zacapa. He’s known for his roles on 2 4: Legacy (Luis Diaz), The River (Emilio Valenzuela), Resurrection Blvd. (Ruben Santiago), and Hill Street Blues (Reporter), among many others. Fun fact about Zacapa: he was in two films with Brad Pitt – Se7en (Detective Taylor) and The Mexican (Mexican Bartender). Chicago Fire airs Tuesdays at 10pm on NBC.
