In the Season 6 premiere episode of Million Dollar Listing New York, model-turned-agent Steve Gold joins the real estate moguls Ryan Serhant and Fredrik Eklund. For the past ten years Gold has been in the real estate biz which he refers to as “the best thing that’s ever happened to me.” He goes on to say why, “The thank you, the smile you get from a client is like a high you can’t get any other way.” P.S. Last year he sold over $100 million in real estate.
While Gold says he’s “super grateful” for his modeling career (which he launched when 17), he admits he usually felt “absolutely ridiculous” when posing. He tells a story of being on the runway wearing cowboy boots and Daisy Duke short shorts and then being asked to tear his shirt off. (And yes, he did it.) Million Dollar Listing New York airs Thursdays at 9pm on Bravo.
