In the Season 2 premiere episode of Shades of Blues, ‘Unforgiven’, while Harlee (Jennifer Lopez) takes drastic measures to cover up the murder of her abusive ex, Miguel, and Tess (Drea DeMatteo) tries to keep her gunshot wound a secret, Wozniak (Ray Liotta) walks into a trap laid out by FBI Agent Stahl (Warren Kole) and it involves City Councilwoman Julia Ayres.
Julia Ayres is portrayed by Anna Gunn. She’s known for her roles on Gracepoint (Detective Ellie Miller), Breaking Bad (Skyler White), Deadwood (Martha Bullock), and The Practice (Jean Ward), among others. Gunn is also recognized for her roles in the films Sully (Elizabeth Davis) and Enemy of the State (Emily Reynolds). Shades of Blue airs Sundays at 10pm on NBC.
