In the Little Big Shots episode ‘New Sheriff in Town,’ host Steve Harvey meets another talented group of kids including 5-year-old American Cowboy Blayze who demonstrates his lasso-roping skills, and an 8-year-old slackliner from Japan named Eishin. He bounces and flips on a thin rubbery rope (a “Slack”) as if it was a giant trampoline.
Steve Harvey warns kids watching at home, “Don’t try this at home,” but you can! Well, maybe not the acrobatic flips but there are a number of slackline training kits available on Amazon including the bestselling Macaco slackline which comes with a Slack, tools (ratchet), book, and drawstring bag. It’s good for beginners who want to learn in their backyard or in the park. Little Big Shots airs Sundays at 7pm and 8pm on NBC.
