Best In Show German Shepherd Named After Adele Song

Competition shows really thrive on rumor — sometimes literally. Or at least they recently have been thriving on the Adele song “Rumor Has It.” Two years ago celebrity daughter and hella dancer Rumer Willis wowed America and won Dancing with the Stars. Her big moment? Dancing to Adele’s signature “Rumor Has It,” of course. Now the venerable Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show has named its Best In Show dog — and it’s Rumor!

The 5-year-old female German Shepherd was named after the Adele song. In winning the 141st Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show, Rumor became the 39th female — and the first named after an Adele pop song — to be named Best in Show.
