On Teen Mom 2, Jenelle Evans must defend herself in county court. Before Judge Margie B. Livington, Jenelle is called to the witness stand by her attorney and asked to describe the day in question. Jenelle admits to throwing her water in the face of Jessi Henry, girlfriend of Jenelle’s ex Nathan Griffith. However, Jenelle says she didn’t mean for the cup to hit Jessi. Throughout her testimony, Jessi — who is sitting next to a police officer — shakes her head in disbelief. Nathan is sitting behind Jessi. He, too, is shaking his head.

When Jenelle breaks down in tears on the witness stand as she says, “I’m just trying to be a good person and a good mom,” Jenelle continues to shake her head. Teen Mom 2 airs Mondays at 9pm on MTV.
