Brothers Lyle and Erik Menendez murdered their wealthy parents — movie executive Jose Menendez and his wife Mary “Kitty” Menendez — in their million-dollar Beverly Hills mansion in August 1989. (Lyle and Erik were 21 and 18, respectively, at the time of their parents’ deaths.) After spending the past 26 years in prison, (they are both serving two consecutive life-prison terms without parole in separate prisons), Lyle Menendez, now 48, is giving an exclusive phone interview to ABC.
