The Voice wins all the awards (6 Emmys and counting) — but only one of the four coaches can win The Voice competition each season. So far country star Blake Shelton has emerged with the most wins. But after a season away from the show, Gwen Stefani returns and is leaving No Doubt, so to speak, that she means business and wants to seriously contend for the win. (Stefani sits in for Miley Cyrus on The Voice celeb-go-round.)
So Stefani is bringing mega superstar Celine Dion with her — charging the platinum-selling singer to mentor her performers. (Is it personal, this Stefani hire? Stefani and Shelton are an item who like a bit of friendly competition.) Season 12 of The Voice just got more interesting. The Voice returns Monday, February 27 at 8pm on NBC.
Very excited to join @gwenstefani on @NBCTheVoice as #TeamGwen’s advisor for Battles! #TheVoice -Céline ✌ pic.twitter.com/5fmjWd7Eyk
