In the Hallmark Channel TV movie Sleigh Bells Ring, recent divorcee Laurel (Erin Cahill) is in charge of finding the perfect sleigh for Santa to ride in the town’s Christmas parade. She finds it but it needs some work. Her handy and handsome ex David volunteers to get the job done. Along the way, they’re reminded how well they work together.
David is portrayed by David Alpay. The Canadian-born actor is known for his roles on Quantico (Duncan), The Lottery (Dr. James Lynch), The Vampire Diaries (Atticus Shane), The Borgias (Calvino), and The Tudors (Mark Smeaton), among others. Alpay is also recognized for his roles in the films Man of the Year with the late great Robin Williams and in Atom Egoyan’s Ararat. Sleigh Bells Ring premieres on Sunday, Dcember 18 at 8pm on Hallmark Channel. It will air again on December 21 at 10pm, Dec 23 at 8pm, Dec 24 at 4pm, Dec 25 at 8am, Dec 27 at 6pm, and Dec 30 at 2pm.
