In the Total Divas episode ‘Gone Girl’, when Paige’s erratic behavior affects her work and causes Renee to have an intervention, Daniel Bryan steps up and surprises his wife Brie Bella and sister-in-law Nikki Bella. To help Nikki with her comeback (after neck surgery), Daniel has reserved time at his friend’s karate studio.
On the way to the surprise in the car Brie talks about an idea she has for an invention. She mentions those “medicine necklaces” people wear around their necks and says she wants to make some for thumbs. “When you text a lot, don’t you sometimes go like this?” (she shakes her hands). Nikki says yes, especially when she’s texting in bed. Brie says sometimes she thinks she has arthritis. Her idea is shot down when Daniel says, ‘That’s never once happened to me.” Total Divas airs Wednesdays at 8pm on E!
