In the Total Divas episode ‘Orlando Strong,” while Trinity makes an emotional visit to Pulse Nightclub after the mass shooting in October, Nikki and Brie argue over Bryan’s depression. (Nikki thinks Brie is “sweeping” it under the rug). On a much lighter note, Lana hangs out with Nattie. Correction: Lana drives Nattie nuts. Nattie says all she does is talk, “I didn’t even get to work out,” Nattie complains to her mother who comes over for a visit.

Lana convinces Nattie’s father Jim Neidhart (a former shot put champion) to show her how to shot put. They go outside and in the street, Nattie’s father shows her some techniques. Lana seems to catch on quickly until, during one attempt, she releases the shot put and throws it at a car, shattering the windshield. Total Divas airs Wednesdays at 8pm on E!
