On Growing Up Hip Hop, while Angela Simmons continues to glow during her pregnancy, Kristinia DeBarge tries to remain calm while dealing with her father James DeBarge who believes he has fathered a daughter with his former wife Janet Jackson. Parenting skills are put to the test when Damon Dash brings his son Boogie Dash to see a lawyer after Boogie was arrested for DUI in May. The lawyer tells them, if convicted Boogie “can get up to six months in jail.”
Before Boogie has his day in court, he plans to release an album called Arnold Palmer. He says it’s “going to be half electronic dance music and half hip hop.” The album will drop December 16. Growing Up Hip Hop airs Thursdays at 9pm on WEtv.
