On Growing Up Hip Hop, the drama continues after Angela Simmons announces her engagement and pregnancy. At Andre’s party, she sees her old friend Romeo Miller “spreading the love everywhere else” and asks Kristinia DeBarge: “What’s happening?” Kristinia has enough on her plate dealing with her father James DeBarge who is now claiming to have fathered a daughter with his former wife Janet Jackson. Meanwhile, Damon Dash brings his son Boogie Dash to see a lawyer after Boogie was arrested for DUI in May. The lawyer tells them, if convicted Boogie “can get up to six months in jail.”
The news of potential jail time isn’t keeping Boogie from making music. He’s promising to drop his album “Arnold Palmer” on December 16. It includes the song “Backseat” featuring Muggs Lo. See video clip below. Growing Up Hip Hop airs Thursdays at 9pm on WEtv.
