On the Black Ink Crew: Chicago episode ‘Broke on Bourbon Street,’ after the 9 Mag crew parties in New Orleans, back at the tattoo shop Van is still blowing off steam. When he returned from labor camp/jail after serving his four months, he was surprised by all the changes Ryan made including the hiring of two new employees. Junior Diaz was the first new face. Cobra is the second.
[Who Is Cobra Kat on ‘Black Ink Crew: Chicago’?]
On Cobra’s first day, she rubs everyone the wrong way when she starts complaining about the uncleanliness of the shop. Ryan gives her his office to work in when her client walks in — but Cobra says she has to sanitize the place first. Ryan says in front of her client, “You’re acting like this is some kind of dump or something.” When Ryan walks out she tells her client to wipe the stuff she’s spraying on everything. And he does it. “My tattoo station is my shrine and I really need it to be super clean.” While scrubbing a countertop, she says, “Scrub the evil out of it.” Black Ink Crew: Chicago airs Mondays at 9pm on VH1.
