CNN Newsroom Weekend is a one-hour, Sunday evening TV program that wraps up the latest news from around the world. The host is Poppy Harlow. Born Katharine Julia Harlow, the 34-year-old from Minneapolis was previously a business correspondent at CNN, an anchor for CNNMoney.com, an anchor for Forbes.com Video Network, and a reporter for NY1 News after graduating from Columbia University. On CNN Newsroom, Harlow recently interviewed the former President of Mexico Vicente Fox, philanthropist Melinda Gates, NBA basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz, and Dana Redd, the Mayor of Camden, New Jersey.
On a personal note: Since 2012, Harlow has been married to wealth management analyst Sinisa Babcic. In April 2016, Harlow gave birth to their first child, a daughter named Sienna. (See photo below.) CNN Newsroom airs Sundays at 7pm on CNN.
