Julia Feldman is portrayed by Laura Harring. She’s also known for her roles on Chasing Life (Olivia Ortiz), Gossip Girl (Elizabeth Fisher), The Shield (Rebecca Doyle), Sunset Beach (Paula Stevens), and General Hospital (Carla Greco), among others. Harring is also recognized for her roles in the films Mulholland Drive, John Q (Gina) with Denzel Washington, and Love in the Time of Cholera. Fun fact: Harring was the first Latina to win the Miss USA title (1985). NCIS: Los Angeles airs Sundays at 8pm on CBS.
