Son of Zorn is a new TV series on FOX about a Pacific island warrior cartoon who moves to Orange County, California to reconnect with his human son Alan (Johnny Pemberton). Alan lives with Zorn’s ex-wife Edie and her new fiance, psychology professor Craig (Tim Meadows). Yes, it’s a comedy. (Zorn is voiced by SNL alum Jason Sudeikis.)
Zorn’s ex-wife Edie is portrayed by Cheryl Hines. She’s known for her roles on Suburgatory (Dallas Royce), Curb Your Enthusiasm (Larry David’s wife Cheryl), and Father of the Pride (Kate), among others. Hines is also recognized for her roles in the films Cake with Jennifer Aniston and RV as Robin Williams’ wife Jamie. P.S. In 2014, she married Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. in Hyannis Port. Son of Zorn airs Sundays at 8pm on FOX.
