Oscar-winning actress Shirley MacLaine plays Eva in the TV movie Wild Oats. After her husband dies, Eva receives a check from the insurance company for $5 million, instead of $50,000. Delighted with the clerical error, Eva and her best friend Maddie cash it and spend it as they please. Eva’s daughter (Demi Moore) isn’t pleased when she learns the truth — and neither is the insurance company.

Maddie is portrayed by fellow Oscar-winning actress Jessica Lange. The 67-year-old actress is known for her recent TV role as Elsa on American Horror Story, and in the films Big Fish, Tootsie, Cape Fear, Blue Sky, The Postman Always Rings Twice, Sweet Dreams (Patsy Cline), and King Kong, among many others. Lange won the Academy Award as Best Actress in a Supporting Role for Tootsie, and Best Actress for Blue Sky. Wild Oats makes its premiere on Lifetime on Monday, August 22 at 10pm.
