In the Hallmark TV movie Ms. Matched, Libby Boland is a wedding planner who specializes in expensive extravagance. At a wedding expo, she meets handsome Ben Reynolds (Shawn Roberts), financial adviser and author of Wedding Day Do’s and Don’ts. He advises clients not to throw away their life savings on one day which infuriates Libby. And yet, they find common ground where they fall in love.
Libby is portrayed by Alexa PenaVega. She’s known for her roles on Nashville (Kiley Brenner), The Tomorrow People (Hillary Cole), Ruby & the Rockits (Ruby), Ladies Man (Wendy Stiles), and in the Spy Kids films (Carmen Cortez), among others. PenaVega most recently charmed America when she participated on Season 21 of Dancing with the Stars (2015) with Mark Ballas. (Bindi Irwin won.) Ms. Matched will premiere on June 4 at 9pm on Hallmark Channel. It will air again on June 5 at 3pm, June 11 at 7pm, June 12 at 11am, June 25 at 3pm, and July 31 at 5pm.
