In the Person of Interest episode “.exe,” Reese (James Caviezel) and Shaw (Sarah Shahi) try to chase down Finch (Michael Emerson), who makes a bold decision to infiltrate a maximum-security government facility. He thinks he can bring an end to Samaritan but will his efforts also bring an end to the Machine and himself? Along the way, Senator Ross Garrison reappears.
Senator Ross Garrison is portrayed by John Doman. He’s known for his roles on Gotham (Carmine Falcone), Madam Secretary (CIA Director Dennis Ellerman), The Affair (Bruce Butler), House of Cards (Bishop Charles Eddis), Rizzoli & Isles (Patrick “Paddy” Doyle), Damages (Walter Kendrick), The Wire (Acting Commissioner William A. Rawls), and ER (Dr. Carl Deraad), among others. Doman is currently starring in the new AMC series Feed the Beast as Aidan Moran, father of David Schwimmer’s character.
