Casey Passafaro is the oncology nurse practitioner from Sterling, Virginia who’s vying for a spot on Season 8 of American Ninja Warrior at the Atlanta qualifiers. The 29-year-old mother of two post lots of photos and videos of her workouts including the bruises, calluses and welts that follow. But some of the most amazing imagery is her before and after pictures.
Below is the before photo that shows her five months into CrossFit training “after having two kids and zero muscle.” The after is “two years now” into Crossfit training. (She’s the co-owner of Northern Virginia Ninja Training/CrossFit Loudoun.) American Ninja Warrior airs Wednesdays at 8pm on NBC.
