In the TV movie Tulips in Spring, professional interior designer Rose Payden leaves her big city job in Los Angeles in order to return home and save the family tulip farm in Washington state. Surrounded by gorgeous tulips, Rose meets gorgeous “flower broker” Tom Novak (Lucas Bryant), who works with Rose and her family to keep Payden Farms from being sold to a competitor. He also sweeps Rose off her feet.
Rose Payden is portrayed by Fiona Gubelmann. The LA native is known for her roles on Eva Longoria’s Telenovela (Kelly), Wilfred (Jenna Mueller), and in the TV movie Mommy’s Little Girl (Theresa, the mother), among others. Gubelman is also recognized for her roles in the films Blades of Glory (Woodland Fairie) and Don’t Blink (Ella). Tulips in Spring will premiere on May 14 at 9pm on Hallmark. It will air again on May 15 at 3pm, May 21 at 7pm, May 22 at 11am, and June 12 at 5pm.
