In the TV movie I Am Watching You, a young and beautiful romance writer Nora Nichols (Madeline Zima) finds a muse in her young and beautiful neighbor, Lucas Wheeler. They engage in a “no strings attached” kind of relationship until Lucas ties some strings on without Nora knowing. Lucas becomes obsessed with Nora, who will struggle to cut those strings.
Lucas is portrayed by Brian Ames. He’s known for his roles on MTV’s Awkward. (Will), Red Band Society (Brian Kavanaugh), Single Ladies (Ben Murphy), GCB (Lance), Drop Dead Diva (Roger O’Neil), and Squatters (Jim), among others. Fun fact about Ames: the child model intended to become a doctor while studying at Emory University “but a chance audition with the Shakespeare Company his first semester changed all that.” I Am Watching You premieres on LMN on Sunday, May 15 at 8pm. It will air again on May 16 at 12am, May 21 at 10pm, and May 22 at 2am.
