In The Blacklist episode “Mr. Solomon,” pregnant Liz (Megan Boone) gets ready to walk down the aisle with Tom (Ryan Eggold) when Red (James Spader) shows up. When she asks him if he’s there for the wedding, Red says no and pleads with her not to go through with it. “He’s not who you think he is, he’s a criminal,” Red says in his most unnerving yet calm voice. “He’s changed,” Liz says. Meanwhile, the team tries to stop thieves from targeting a tactical nuclear weapon, and along the way they meet up with Mr. Matias Solomon.
Mr. Solomon is portrayed by Edi Gathegi. He’s known for his roles on Into the Badlands (Jacobee), Proof (Dr. Zed Badawi), Justified (Jean Baptiste), Family Tools (Darren), Beauty and the Beast (Kyle), and House, M.D. (Dr. Jeffrey “Big Love” Cole), among others. The Blacklist airs Thursdays at 9pm on NBC.
