In the Brooklyn Nine-Nine episode “Bureau,” while Amy (Melissa Fumero) makes a breakthrough while undercover in a woman’s prison, Captain Holt (Andre Braugher) calls on his old friend, FBI Special Agent Bob Anderson, to help solve plot a heist.
Special Agent Bob Anderson is portrayed by Dennis Haysbert. He’s known for his roles on The Unit (Jonas Blane), 24 (President David Palmer), Now and Again (Dr. Theodore Morris), and The Young and the Restless (Ron Clark, circa 1986), among many others. Haysbert is also recognized for his roles in the films Ted 2 (Fertility Doctor), Think Like a Man Too (Uncle Eddie), all of the Major League films (Pedro Cerrano), Far From Heaven, Love & Basketball (Zeke McCall), Waiting to Exhale (Kenneth Dawkins), and Heat (Donald Breedan), to name a few. And he’s the official spokesman for the Allstate Insurance Company. Brooklyn Nine-Nine airs Tuesdays at 9pm on FOX.
