Quit Your Day Job is a new reality TV show that follows four investors looking for the next big thing among a pool of hungry, entrepreneuring millennials. On the first episode “Unbeweavable,” the investors — Ido Leffler, Sarah Prevette, Lauren Maillian, and Randi Zuckerberg — are pitched three ideas but they can’t invest in all of them. To help them decide, the investors challenge the entrepreneurs to prove that their ideas can work and that they have what it takes to bring their ideas to fruition.

Lauren Maillian was a model before becoming a young entrepreneur. She co-founded a boutique winery at the age of 19. She was COO of the company until the brand was acquired in 2011. Since then she’s been running LMB Group, a luxury marketing company based in New York. She’s also a founding partner at Gen Y Capital partners. In addition to her professional career, Maillian is a single mom with two children. Time to Quit Your Day Job airs Wednesdays at 10pm on Oxygen.
