In the NCIS: Los Angeles episode “The Seventh Child”, Special Agent Callen (Chris O’Donnell) tries to connect with a boy who’s been brainwashed by a terrorist cell. Callen and his partner Sam Hanna (LL Cool J) get the help of FBI Senior Special Agent Lisa Rand who specializes in child-related cases. Five years ago she helped the team find the kidnapped daughter of a Navy commander (she was buried alive in a wooden box).
