In the When Calls the Heart episode “A Gentle Heart,” while Abigail (Lori Loughlin) tries to help a community in need, Elizabeth (Erin Krakow) grows concerned when Faith Carter moves to Hope Valley for good. Faith leans on Jack’s (Daniel Lissing) shoulder a little too often — and a little too long — for Elizabeth’s liking.
Faith Carter is portrayed by Andrea Brooks. The Canadian-born actress is best known for her roles on UnREAL (Tanya), iZombie, Supernatural, and a number of TV movies including Signed, Sealed, Delivered and Til Death Do Us Part, among others. Fun fact about Brooks: She was discovered at an open casting call for figure skaters for the Disney film Ice Princess. While persuing her career career, the 27-year-old has managed to earn her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the Univesrity of British Columbia. When Calls the Heart airs Saturdays at 9pm on Hallmark Channel.
