In the Rosewood episode “Negative Autopsies & New Partners,” Detective Annalise Villa (Jaina Lee Ortiz) gets a new partner. But almost on first sight, she butts heads with the person assigned to her. While Villa struggles with her new partner, Dr. Beaumont Rosewood, Jr. (Morris Chestnut) looks for a new cardiologist.
Dr. Erica Kincaid is portrayed by Joy Bryant. The New York native is best known for her TV roles on Parenthood (Jasmine Trussell) and ER (Valerie Gallant), and in the films About Last Night (Debbie), Hit and Run (Neve), The Skeleton Key (Jill), Bobby (Patricia), and Get Rich or Die Tryin’ (Charlene). Rosewood airs Wednesdays at 8pm on FOX.
