La’Porsha Renae’s “Halo” Hair On American Idol

La’Porsha Renae is vying for a spot on the Top 8 list of the fifteenth and final season of American Idol. According to the original American Idol winner (and last week’s guest judge) Kelly Clarkson, La’Porsha is going to win. (Clarkson was absolutely giddy when she simply pronounced: “you’re going to win.”) All La’Porsha has to do is keeping doing what she’s doing, right?

Before singing Beyonce’s “Halo,” La’Porsha was convinced to turn her brown hair to black. “For 22 years, my mom has been the only person to work on my hair,” said La’Porsha during her pre-performance video package. Once again, La’Porsha delivered a spectacular performance and her hair even looked like a halo. American Idol airs Thursdays at 8pm on FOX.
