Country singer Kata Hay is competing on Season 10 of The Voice where she performs “Redneck Woman” for her Blind Audition. At the last minute, Adam Levine, Pharrell, and Christina Aguilera turn around. When she sees Adam Levine turn around, Hay runs up to him and gives him a kiss on the cheek. He lifts her up and she almost straddles him (luckily she didn’t go for it, she’s wearing a very short dress!). Then she moves on and smooches Pharrell and Christina.
Even though country star Blake Shelton doesn’t turn his chair, Hay gives him a kiss too, and tells him, “I used to sing with you at the Oklahoma Opry.” When he says, “Did you really?” she replies, “When I was 3…and you had a mullet.” Hay confesses that she thought Shelton would be the only one who would turn around. “I’m kinda disappointed,” she says, and then playfully waves toward the others who did, “I mean I’m not.” The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm on NBC.
